By accessing or using BaseReady at gobaseready.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

BaseReady is a free military PCS planning platform that provides informational content about US military installations, BAH rates, housing costs, school districts, and related topics. The Service is provided at no cost to users and is supported by advertising.

All content on BaseReady is provided for general informational purposes only. BAH rates, housing costs, and other figures are estimates based on publicly available data and should not be relied upon as authoritative or final.

Always verify BAH rates, entitlements, and benefits at official government sources including travel.dod.mil, va.gov, and your installation's finance office before making financial or housing decisions.

No Affiliation with the US Government

BaseReady is an independent platform operated by a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to the US Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, any branch of the US military, or any government agency. The shield logo and "BaseReady" name are not government seals or marks.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the information on the Service is accurate, complete, current, or free of errors. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or modify the Service at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BaseReady and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any information contained therein. This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from housing decisions made based on BAH estimates displayed on the Service.
